About the Role
As a Manager you will lead client engagements focused on optimizing supply chain performance, operational excellence, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and business transformation. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to develop practical strategies, lead implementation initiatives, and deliver measurable operational and financial improvements.
You will manage project teams, oversee multiple workstreams, and play a key role in business development by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and building long-term client relationships. You will also mentor consultants and contribute to developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain and operations consulting engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Manage project teams delivering operational improvement, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve cost, efficiency, resilience, and overall business performance.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development and client growth.
- Mentor and develop consultants while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or operational excellence.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation or operational improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain strategy, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, inventory, and end-to-end operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team development experience.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience contributing to business development and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
