Outdoor Excapes is a well-known and respected Twin Cities landscape design/build company working mainly in the western suburbs. Our focus is primarily high-end, residential, outdoor living projects and we take great pride in being creative while delivering exceptional craftsmanship. We also prioritize providing a friendly and enjoyable experience for our clients and our staff.
We are currently looking for a qualified seasoned designer who is trainable and willing to learn our procedures in place that have proven to deliver excellence. This position will involve all aspects of client communication, plan development, project management, estimating and sales. This is a Design/Sales position with salary plus commission.
Job Requirements:
- Must be very organized and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work setting
- Ability to work in an established firm with a set proven process
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have great communication skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, Auto CAD or Sketch Up needed or willingness to learn
- Product & plant knowledge
- Understand basic construction
- 3 years industry experience preferred
