As a Customer Success Manager, you will play an important role in helping customers get lasting value from the platform while strengthening long-term partnerships. This role is centered on customer growth, retention, and satisfaction, with close collaboration across internal teams to support a strong overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities through usage insights and relationship management
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive adoption and retention
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
Partner with sales, product, and support teams to resolve customer needs
Coordinate customer success communications, outreach programs, expansion and retention plays
Guide customers through the SaaS lifecycle including adoption, value realization, renewal and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
Experience managing renewals, retention strategies, and expansion opportunities across customer accounts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Eligibility to work in the United States
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized
