We’re looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on building relationships, starting conversations, and creating opportunities.
About the Role
This is not a high-pressure closing position.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying opportunities, engaging dealership decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.
You’ll spend your day making outbound calls, sending follow-up emails, managing outreach sequences, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to dealership decision-makers
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
Send personalized follow-up emails
Manage prospect outreach campaigns and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate records within the CRM
Re-engage previous prospects and missed opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
Consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting targets
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with executives
Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or inside sales
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
Professional, positive, and persistent
Nice to Have
B2B sales experience
SaaS experience
Experience selling into the automotive industry
