Role/Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise key business operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and organisational performance.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine operational processes to support business growth.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and enable effective decision-making.
- Manage and improve end-to-end talent and hiring operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to streamline workflows and increase operational effectiveness.
- Own cross-functional projects from concept through to execution, coordinating stakeholders across the business.
- Develop reporting, metrics, and governance frameworks to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build scalable operational infrastructure, ensuring teams have the tools, processes, and support needed to execute effectively in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (& MBA also preferred)
- US Citizen/Perm Resident
- 7 + years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Tech, Management Consulting, or similar fields etc
- Experience with AI
