We're looking for an experienced Business Analysis Practitioner to support a strategic product serving business stakeholders on the US West Coast. This role requires a highly collaborative professional with strong business analysis expertise and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and feature prioritization
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions
- Provide business support throughout the software development lifecycle
What You'll Bring
✔ 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
✔ Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Proven experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
📍 Please note: This position requires candidates to be locally based, as regular onsite presence at the South San Francisco campus is required.
