Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 12-Month Contract, Contract extension or conversion potential.

The
Manufacturing Engineer will support manufacturing operations by developing, improving, and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyze production workflows, equipment layouts, and process performance to improve efficiency.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, process reports, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams to support production goals.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support equipment maintenance, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
