Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for managing the restaurant’s presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day duties include planning and publishing engaging content, capturing photos and videos in-restaurant, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with guests and local community partners online. The Social Media Coordinator will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, events, and campaigns, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing to plan, produce, and optimize posts across key platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging captions, replies, and digital messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to support promotions, drive guest traffic, and interpret basic analytics to inform strategy.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., scheduling and analytics platforms) and basic photo/video editing is beneficial.
- Understanding of restaurant, hospitality and comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism when representing the brand online.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Bonus: Photography, video shooting and editing experience.
