Position Summary
The Marketing Performance Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the measurement, reporting, and optimization of marketing performance across CONMED's global marketing organization. This role will establish performance measurement standards, define KPI frameworks, oversee marketing data governance, and deliver actionable insights that support business and marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with a deep understanding of digital marketing, campaign measurement, and business intelligence. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Digital, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure marketing performance is accurately measured, consistently reported, and translated into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Performance & Measurement:
- Define and manage global marketing performance KPIs and measurement standards.
- Develop and maintain measurement frameworks that align marketing activities to business objectives.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness across digital channels, campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance through data-driven recommendations.
Analytics & Business Insights:
- Analyze complex marketing datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Create executive-ready reporting and presentations that communicate business impact.
- Support decision-making by delivering clear and meaningful performance analyses.
Data Governance & Reporting:
- Establish and maintain reporting standards across marketing functions.
- Own tracking governance, including UTM parameters, tagging requirements, event tracking, and measurement consistency.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems and reporting platforms.
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot data quality and performance tracking issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Commercial, IT, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure alignment on measurement methodologies and reporting standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for marketing performance analytics and reporting best practices.
- Support marketing transformation initiatives through enhanced measurement capabilities and performance visibility.
Dashboard Development & Optimization:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting solutions.
- Continuously improve reporting capabilities, automation opportunities, and data accessibility.
- Ensure stakeholders have visibility into key performance indicators and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, marketing operations, business intelligence, or a related function required
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, Sitecore, AEM, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Marketo, and HubSpot required.
- 5+ years of experience developing KPI strategies, measurement methodologies, and performance reporting.
- 5+ years of advanced experience with reporting and data visualization tools inclusive of Power BI, Google Analytics 4, and Adobe Analytics required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital marketing measurement, attribution, campaign analytics, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Experience supporting global marketing organizations.
- Experience establishing data governance and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to business leaders and senior stakeholders.

This is a remote role with up to 20% travel.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $85,000- $148,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
