We built something that has never existed before: a way to passively see every wireless device in a building, in real time, in three dimensions, without tags, cameras, or opt-in. We're looking for the person who takes it to market.
Here's where we actually stand. Small founding team. Prototype stage. Twenty issued patents. A working prototype proven at sub-10cm 3D accuracy. Pre-revenue. Seed round not yet closed. No sales team, no customer base, no commercial playbook, all of that is what the CEO builds.
The technology replaces a standard enterprise WiFi access point, so every deployment doubles as an infrastructure refresh and a spatial intelligence layer at the same time. That's the wedge: it enters the building on a budget line that already exists.
The job, plainly: close the seed round, get the first enterprise customers signed, build the go-to-market motion, hire the executive team, and run the company day to day. The co-founders stay involved on capital and relationships. You run point.
Six real markets are ready right now: retail loss prevention, healthcare asset visibility, commercial real estate utilization, corrections and contraband detection, financial services compliance, and supply chain custody. Part of the job is deciding which one we go after first.
Who this is for: someone who has already been CEO, President, or founder of a hardware, IoT, or supply chain intelligence company, with real commercial or exit outcomes. Someone who has raised institutional capital before and knows which partner they'd call to lead a seed round. Someone who has sold into enterprise operations, supply chain, IT, or asset management buyers and knows what a signed LOI is actually worth.
Qualifications:
- CEO, President, founder, or equivalent leadership experience at a deep tech, hardware-software, IoT, or supply chain company with verifiable outcomes
- Track record raising institutional venture capital with real investor relationships
- Experience landing first enterprise customers without an existing playbook
- Comfort with defense-adjacent, dual-use technology and government customers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Compensation: $150,000 to $250,000 base salary annually beginning at seed close, with a step-up at Series A, plus meaningful founding equity and post-raise bonus eligibility. Full structure discussed directly.
