About 3R Plumbing & Mechanical
We're a veteran-owned plumbing and HVAC company serving the South Shore of Massachusetts. We're growing fast, our pipeline is full, and we run on ServiceTitan with company-generated leads, financing options for every budget, and a presentation system that makes closing easier. We need a Comfort Advisor who can turn opportunities into installed systems.
What you'll do
- Run company-provided, pre-qualified in-home sales appointments for HVAC replacements and upgrades
- Present Good/Better/Best options using our digital proposal system
- Offer financing through GreenSky and Synchrony to fit every budget
- Follow up on open estimates and build your own pipeline from our existing customer base
- Work with our install team to set jobs up for success
- Hit monthly sold-revenue and margin targets

What we're looking for
- 2+ years in-home sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, solar, roofing, windows, or similar)
- Proven track record closing at the kitchen table
- Comfortable with technology — tablets, CRM, digital proposals
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
Nice to have
- HVAC technical knowledge or trade background
- ServiceTitan experience
- Existing book of business on the South Shore

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
