Inside Sales representative
- - **Customer Interaction:**
- - Promptly respond to customer emails and phone calls.- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.- Follow up with customers via email and phone to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.- Maintain and update records in Microsoft Business Contact Manager.- **Prospecting and Sales:**
- - Conduct internet research to identify potential prospects for our products.
- - Contact potential customers and introduce them to our company and product offerings.
- - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- - Build and sustain strong relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.- **Logistics and Inventory:**
- - Manage the receipt and shipment of parts, including creating shipping labels and providing tracking information to customers.
- - Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- - Support mailbox operations on site as needed.- **General Duties:**
- - Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.#### Skills and Qualifications:- **Communication and Presentation Skills:**
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- - Strong ability to present information effectively to customers.- **Organizational Skills:**
- - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- - High school diploma required.- **Technical Proficiency:**
- - Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
