Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financing processes within our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with Dealertrack DMS to streamline operations. This role involves guiding the finance team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the automotive finance department, ensuring efficient and compliant financing operations.
- Utilize Dealertrack DMS to manage loan applications, credit approvals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored financing solutions that meet customer needs while achieving dealership goals.
- Review and approve all financing deals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to facilitate favorable terms for customers.
- Train and mentor finance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing.
- Prepare reports on department performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, credit policies, and new technologies impacting automotive finance operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Dealertrack DMS or comparable dealership management systems.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing options, credit approval processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make sound decisions quickly.
- High level of professionalism with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
