We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Administrator to join our dynamic engineering and product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Teamcenter environment, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, and supporting the digital thread of product data across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in system administration, solution architecture, and software troubleshooting, with a focus on optimizing PLM workflows and infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative product development processes through effective system management and technical support.

· Broad based knowledge of TeamCenter, does not want an SME in 1 specific area
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and administer Siemens Teamcenter solutions for engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance for performance and security.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience Required
- 5+ years as a Teamcenter Administrator or similar role.
- 3+ years working with Teamcenter configuration (certifications preferred).
- Equivalent experience and skills considered
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required Technical Know-How: Familiarity with the interplay between end-device, network services, SSO, databases, web servers, application servers, middleware, and application performance.
- PLM Expertise: Strong understanding of PLM concepts (e.g. Change Management, BOM Management), and PLM best practices, including product configuration and document change management.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, make sound decisions, and continuously improve integration processes.
- Organizational Savvy: Capable of managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and fast-paced environments with strong organizational abilities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Independent and Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively, bridging cultural differences and fostering teamwork.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
- Clearance Eligible: Able to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Preferred/Desired
- Process Design and Data Modeling Knowledge: Working knowledge of process design, data modeling, and application GUI designs.
- Agile Experience: Understanding and experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Technical Toolkit: Familiar with REST API, Java Script, Python and CI/CD pipelines.
