About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes multi-channel programs that turn audience insights into qualified traffic, leads, and measurable revenue for a technology business.
You will manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and web while partnering with content, product marketing, sales, and design. The role matters because disciplined execution and clear performance reporting directly improve acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, email, and organic search
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture workflows, and conversion paths using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, WordPress, or Webflow
- Monitor GA4, Google Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation data to report traffic, MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Manage SEO programs including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical issue tracking, and performance reporting
- Coordinate content distribution across blog, social, email, and partner channels while maintaining a reliable campaign calendar
- Run A/B tests on audience segments, ad creative, subject lines, landing pages, and calls to action
- Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to improve lead quality, campaign messaging, attribution, and follow-up processes
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in a technology, SaaS, agency, or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and campaign execution
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, build performance reports, and recommend optimization actions
- Clear, concise writing skills and the ability to adapt messaging for web, email, social, and paid media
- Organized project manager who can manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, agencies, and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; Bonus: experience with SQL, Looker or Tableau, HTML/CSS, marketing attribution, A/B testing, and B2B SaaS demand generation
