The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, strengthen audience engagement, expand Tree of Hope’s digital presence, and support organizational growth. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, content development, analytics, creativity, and project management to lead marketing initiatives from concept through execution and measurement.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with Tree of Hope’s mission, organizational priorities, target audiences, and growth goals.
· Plan, manage, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, print, paid advertising, and events.
· Lead Tree of Hope’s digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online content, to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
· Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies, including Google Ads, to improve search visibility, website traffic, and audience reach.
· Create, manage, and optimize marketing content that effectively communicates Tree of Hope’s mission, programs, services, and impact across audience touchpoints.
· Ensure appropriate marketing coverage of Tree of Hope events and organizational activities, including attending events when appropriate to capture photographs and content.
· Use marketing analytics and audience insights to monitor performance, identify trends and opportunities, establish KPIs, and continuously improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, including objectives, timelines, deliverables, resources, and performance measures.
· Maintain Tree of Hope’s brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all marketing and communications channels.
· Collaborate with leadership, staff, vendors, agencies, and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and align efforts with organizational priorities.
· Research market trends, audience behavior, and emerging marketing practices to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
· Manage external marketing relationships and resources, including agencies, vendors, technology platforms, and marketing tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar strategic marketing role.
· Demonstrated experience developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, website strategy, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
· Experience with Google Analytics and marketing technology platforms.
· Proficiency with marketing and creative tools such as Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, marketing automation platforms, Google Ads, and SEO/website optimization tools.
· Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and presentation abilities.
· Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented approach to marketing.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership, staff, vendors, and external partners.
· Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, community-based, or other mission-driven organizations preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies that effectively communicate an organization’s mission and connect with the communities it serves.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
