We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our company’s marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, build strong referral relationships, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in marketing, relationship development, and business growth strategy, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support company growth
- Manage company branding, online presence, and social media platforms
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with marketing promises.
- Ad Video Production experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Software Products (Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop)
- Must be able to travel on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relative experience in this field (preferred)
- 3+ years of marketing experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and building client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
