Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electronic Engineering Technician to join our engineering team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems and circuit boards. Your expertise will help ensure the reliability and performance of complex electronic equipment used across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform board bring-up, bench testing, troubleshooting, and component-level failure investigation using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, analyzers, and other laboratory equipment
- Support the development of AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies, battery/charging circuits, control circuitry, and related electronic hardware under the guidance of senior engineers
- Utilize, calibrate, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment and instruments
- Assist in the Engineer Change Request process by reviewing and confirming submitted forms and documentation ay use
- May use Microsoft Excel or ERP/MRP system to maintain up-to-date BOMs
- Inspect designs (schematics, assembly drawings) and finished products, report findings, and recommend changes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work with a team of engineers to solve problems and ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to write, update, and maintain training documentation for Production.
- Assists in maintaining documentation of product testing and evaluation
- May include opportunities to assist in PCB design and developments as skills grow.
- Perform all other duties assigned to you by management.
Education and Experience
- ·Associate of Science degree in engineering or manufacturing or higher.
- 1+ years working with electrical manufacturing
- IPC certification preferred (IPC 610 or IPC J-STD)
- Experience using CAD, LTspice, KiCad, or similar industry software
- Knowledge and experience within product safety listings, certifications, and compliance
- Strong project management experience with the ability to be a process owner and effectively implement and respond to change
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in workflow processes, product design, and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and communicate professionally at all times.
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry push or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
- Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day.
- Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.
Work Site Environment
- Ability to work in a 55 – 85-degree Fahrenheit work environment.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
