Job Description
The smart home sales and design is responsible for managing the product installation oversite required to meet clients use and expectations for a fully-functional system and on time. Commisiion plan for this position is availabale.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct a client sales / installation walk-through with system specifications, subcontractors, general contractors to develop a system plan.
- Facilitate relationship-builderPM's and other trades during installation as needed
- Manage project labor budget (labor hours, materials used).
- Ensure all equipment and materials are staged prior to the start of the project with the E.I. team.
- Specify - inwall / inceiling speakers, TV mounts, TV's, speakers, rack equipment, camera's and programming.
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet client needs.
- Manage change order requests from the client. Coordinate with the appropriate pricing and client acceptance as required.
- Maintain project documents throughout the project.
- Communicate daily with E.I. team the status.
- Daily and/or Weekly updates with the client on project status, scheduling, and open issues as required for the size of the project.
Desired Skills & Experience
5 years of Audio Video residential design & sales with installation knowledge
Control 4 knowledge or certification helpful
- Past installation experience helpful
Organizational and Time Management Skills
A self motivated individual
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
Valid Colorado Driver's License
Industry Certifications preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
