Expanding regional title agency is seeking a local individual to be our face, eyes & ears in the real estate community for our Lexington and Louisville offices.
We are seeking an outgoing individual with impeccable communication skills with a focus on customer service. This individual will work as a bridge of communication between realtors and lenders and our office. Our Marketing and Sales team is expected to personally interact daily our primary target groups, realtors, and lenders. Secondly, the Marketing and Sales duties include assisting in monitoring our quality of service, public speaking and presentations regarding our services and our price points, to prospect new relationships, and assist in resolving customer complaints and driving solutions to them.
Our Sales Team is provided with a CRM tool to document interactions, calls, text messages, meetings, client information, etc. to enhance productivity and effectiveness with individualized marketing.
The leadership team is engaged with ensuring a positive customer experience and looks to the Sales Team for input regarding changes in our service, policies, and processes to maintain a competitive edge.
Positive attitude and engaging personality are required for this position.
