Job Title: Web & Graphic Designer
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year/Full-Time
Type: Part-Time (Transitioning to Full-Time based on performance)
About Us: We are a growing global food manufacturing and distribution company operating across multiple countries. We produce and supply quality food products worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly creative, versatile, and tech-savvy Web & Graphic Designer to join our New Jersey office.
Key Responsibilities
- [Web Design] Lead the immediate design, creation, and launch of the company website, ensuring a highly engaging, modern, and user-friendly experience.
- [Graphic Design] Create promotional materials, product packaging, catalogs, and digital assets for various marketing channels.
- [Technical Design] Expertly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop) to produce high-quality visual content.
- [AI Integration] Actively leverage cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to generate design concepts, streamline workflows, and optimize overall work efficiency.
- [General Support] Occasionally assist with office administration and daily operational tasks to support the NJ branch as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Skills (Required):
- Proven experience in Web Design (UI/UX, and familiarity with website platforms/builders like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, etc.).
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- High level of expertise in leveraging AI tools for web/graphic design and daily productivity.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in web design, general graphic design, branding, or a related field.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in an Asian language is a strong plus.
- Commute Requirement: Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute daily to our NJ office.
- Core Competencies: Strong creative vision combined with exceptional execution skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of adaptability.
- Availability: Must be able to start as Part-Time, with the potential to transition into a Full-Time role.
