Indé Global (a subsidiary of KNAV), a valuation company, is seeking a Certified General Appraiser to perform appraisals for commercial properties. We are offering an opportunity for a full-time position.
This position is primarily responsible for the valuation of real estate securing commercial loans. The incumbent provides timely and high quality service to all internal personnel, external vendors and contacts.
Existing client relationships or a small book of business preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Appraise a broad range of commercial properties with complex characteristics to determine the value
- Collect, analyze and maintain market and property data to ensure accurate valuation models
- Inspect commercial properties
Education/Skills
- Certified General Appraiser License
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent writing and communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
