Job Summary
Senior Proof is seeking a driven Government Business Development Manager to expand our government and public sector partnerships across the United States.
Senior Proof helps older adults live safely and independently at home through clinician led home safety evaluations, professional home modifications, ongoing support services, and technology.
This is a business development role focused on identifying government opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers, and converting those opportunities into contracts and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with federal, state, county, and local government agencies
- Build relationships with Medicaid programs, Departments of Aging, Area Agencies on Aging, housing agencies, health and human services departments, and other public sector organizations
- Research government funded programs
- Identify and pursue RFPs, RFQs, government contracts, grants, pilot programs, and approved provider opportunities
- Conduct consistent outreach to government decision makers, program administrators, procurement teams, and community partners
- Schedule and participate in meetings and presentations with prospective government partners
- Maintain consistent follow up and move opportunities through the government business development cycle
- Assist with government and Medicaid provider enrollment opportunities in new states and programs
- Coordinate proposals, presentations, applications, and responses to government opportunities
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline with clear next steps, opportunity values, contacts, and timelines
- Attend government, aging, healthcare, and industry conferences as needed
- Work closely with leadership, operations, finance, clinical, and compliance teams to support new contracts and partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, government sales, healthcare sales, Medicaid, aging services, public sector, or related experience
- Experience working with government agencies or government funded programs preferred
- Knowledge of government procurement, RFPs, Medicaid, HCBS, aging services, or healthcare programs is a plus
- Strong prospecting, relationship building, presentation, and follow up skills
- Highly organized with strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- Self motivated and comfortable developing new relationships and opportunities from the ground up
- Ability to travel as needed
Compensation
$60,000 annual base salary plus performance based bonus.
Bonus opportunities will be tied to established business development KPIs, qualified pipeline growth, new government contracts, programs secured, and revenue generated.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
