We are a law firm looking for an energetic, creative, and innovative Social Media Manager to help build and grow our online presence.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves marketing, understands social media strategy, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content. This position is more than simply scheduling posts—we want someone who can look at our brand, identify opportunities, and grow our audience and strengthen our digital presence.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team, develop creative campaigns, create video and photo content, and utilize our podcast/content studio to produce professional media.
We are also looking for someone who is comfortable being appearing in videos, social media content, and other marketing materials. If you are outgoing, creative, comfortable on camera, and excited about building something from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.
The pay is negotiable.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the firm's marketing goals of generating new clients.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
- Develop creative concepts for videos, reels, educational content, behind-the-scenes content, photos, graphics, and other social media campaigns.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and online presence.
- Determine what content we should be creating, and how we can grow our audience in a measured rate.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when appropriate.
- Utilize our podcast/content studio to create professional video, podcast, and social media content.
- Operate and have a working knowledge of cameras, lighting, microphones, and other content-creation equipment.
- Film and photograph attorneys, staff, events, educational content, and other marketing materials.
- Edit photos and videos for social media and other digital platforms.
- Create graphics using tools such as Canva, Davinci Resolve editing Software, Claude, and ChatGPT.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging content strategies.
- Stay current on changes to social media algorithms, platform features, SEO practices, and digital marketing trends.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strategies to increase our followers, engagement, reach, and overall online visibility.
- Use analytics and performance data to determine what content is working and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and apply basic SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Maintain and update the firm's website, social media accounts, and online directories.
- Track digital marketing performance and provide regular recommendations and reports.
- Assist with proofreading and ensuring all public-facing content is professional, accurate, and consistent with the firm's brand.
- Work collaboratively with the firm's team to develop new marketing ideas and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media content or marketing campaigns.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong skills in video creation, photography, graphic design, and content writing.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar creative software.
- Experience with video editing software and short-form video content.
- Comfortable operating cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and other content-creation tools.
- Comfortable and confident on camera and willing to be featured in social media videos.
- Excellent proofreading and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Creative, outgoing, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
- Self-motivated and proactive—you should be someone who can identify what needs to be done rather than waiting to be told.
- Ability to stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
