About The Role
The Marketing Manager owns demand generation and brand programs for a fast-growing B2B SaaS product, translating positioning into campaigns that reliably drive qualified pipeline and category awareness.
The role sits at the intersection of growth and brand: building multi-channel programs across SEO/SEM, paid social, email, and content, and using data to double down on what converts — not what looks good in a deck.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, and webinars, owning them from brief to post-mortem
- Own SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, technical SEO coordination with engineering, and content optimization using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console
- Build and maintain full-funnel analytics in GA4 and HubSpot/Marketo, defining KPIs for CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Manage a content calendar with writers, designers, and product marketing to ship case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets on schedule
- Run structured A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and messaging; document results and fold wins into the playbook
- Manage a seven-figure marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships, reallocating spend based on performance data
- Report campaign performance and pipeline impact to leadership in clear, executive-ready summaries
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with documented pipeline, MQL, or revenue impact
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and GA4
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM tactics, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and paid search bid management
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to produce crisp campaign copy and briefs without a copywriter
- Experience managing budgets of $500K+ across paid, agency, and content spend
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with marketing attribution tools (DreamData, HockeyStack), product-led-growth motions, or SQL/Looker for self-serve analytics
