Polley Wealth Management | Orlando, Florida
Build your practice around the decisions that matter most to your clients.
Successful families and business owners need an advisor who understands how an investment decision affects their taxes, how a business transition affects their retirement, and how their wealth will support the next generation.
Polley Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Advisor to develop client relationships and deliver coordinated wealth planning and sophisticated investment management. This opportunity is suited to an advisor with sound judgment, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to earning clients’ trust through thoughtful advice and consistent execution.
About Polley Wealth Management
Polley Wealth Management is an independent fiduciary registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. We serve high-net-worth families, business owners, and accomplished professionals, including physicians, dentists, and attorneys.
Our approach connects investment management with tax planning, estate and legacy planning, risk management, and business advisory. We work with clients and their professional advisors to bring clarity and coordination to complex financial decisions.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and guiding clients through a disciplined wealth planning process. You should be comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients, understanding their priorities, and translating complex issues into clear recommendations.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of both practice growth and the quality of the client experience.
What You Will Do
- Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and professionals through referrals, professional networks, and purposeful business development.
- Lead discovery meetings that uncover each client’s financial circumstances, family priorities, business interests, and long-term objectives.
- Develop and present wealth strategies addressing investments, retirement income, liquidity, risk management, and wealth transfer.
- Identify tax and estate planning opportunities and coordinate implementation with clients’ CPAs, attorneys, and other qualified professionals.
- Recommend investment strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, tax circumstances, and liquidity needs.
- Help business owners prepare for succession, ownership transitions, and the financial implications of a future exit.
- Conduct ongoing reviews, communicate recommendations clearly, and follow through on agreed actions.
- Build productive relationships with centers of influence, including accountants, estate planning attorneys, and other professional partners.
- Maintain accurate client records, planning documentation, and business development activity within the firm’s systems.
- Uphold fiduciary responsibilities, protect client confidentiality, and follow firm compliance policies and applicable requirements.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.
- A record of developing new business and maintaining lasting client relationships.
- Working knowledge of portfolio management, retirement planning, tax-aware investing, estate planning concepts, and insurance strategies.
- The ability to explain complex financial matters in plain language and guide clients through consequential decisions.
- Strong organization, professional judgment, and dependable follow-through.
- An entrepreneurial approach paired with a willingness to collaborate and operate within a disciplined advisory process.
- Appropriate securities registrations or the ability to obtain the registrations required for the role before conducting regulated activities.
CFP®, CFA®, or comparable credentials are preferred. Experience serving high-net-worth families and business owners is especially valuable. An established client practice or professional referral network is a plus.
