Boring Business Systems is growing and we’re looking for 2-3 driven, energetic Account Executives with a hunter mentality to join our Tampa team! B2B sales experience is not a requirement. We provide training, coaching and mentorship to help you build a real career in sales.
Base salary + uncapped commission. Expected first-year earnings of $60,000-$80,000+ based on performance.
Recent grads, career changers and motivated self-starters are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt: Prospect, cold call, network and create new opportunities.
- Connect: Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Solve: Learn our technology solutions and match them to customer needs.
- Win: Manage opportunities from first conversation through implementation.
- Grow: Get ongoing coaching, training and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Organized with excellent follow-up
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with the Greater Tampa area
- Sales experience is a plus-not a requirement
