Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative, trend-obsessed TikTok Social Media Manager to grow and manage our beauty brand’s presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate lives and breathes beauty, cosmetics, skincare, social media, and TikTok culture. You know what’s trending before everyone else does — and, more importantly, you know how to turn trends into engaging content that builds a brand, grows an audience, and drives sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage TikTok social media marketing plans, including social media content creation, content writing, photography, graphic design, and video editing.
- Create and edit assets with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools.
- Influencer outreach
- Monitor comments, trends, and conversations through social listening; support social media communication, relationship management, and public relations.
- Track social media analytics, marketing analytics, web analytics, and media performance analytics using Google Analytics and platform reporting; share clear recommendations.
- Coordinate publishing with Hootsuite or Buffer (application), and support Facebook Advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and keyword research where relevant. Your impact: Timely, audience-informed content helps beauty shoppers find useful product information and engage confidently with the brand.
Skills
- Essential: Experience with social media platforms, social media management, social media content marketing, content creation, and proofreading.
- Essential: Strong writing, organization, and communication skills, with attention to brand voice and branding.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, Facebook Advertising, and digital marketing.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and marketing online analytics.
- Preferred: Experience interpreting social media analytics and applying insights to improve content performance.
Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per week
