Our company works with established brands to support their customer acquisition and marketing efforts through face-to-face interactions in retail locations. Associates help introduce customers to products and services, answer questions, build brand awareness, and assist interested customers with the next steps.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, want to strengthen their communication skills, and are interested in professional development.
Previous sales or marketing experience is not required. Paid training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns in retail environments
- Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Generate customer interest and assist with enrollment or sign-up processes when applicable
- Work alongside team members to accomplish daily objectives
- Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching
- Develop practical skills in marketing, sales, customer relations, and leadership
