Your Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business owners to discuss funding opportunities
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Identify business funding needs and present suitable options
Follow up consistently with prospective merchants
Collect applications, bank statements, and required documentation
Work closely with our processing and closing teams to get deals funded
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and active deals
Build long-term client relationships and generate renewal business
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and professional phone presence
Self-motivation, ambition, and a positive attitude
Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently
Competitive mindset and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn, improve, and take direction
Previous MCA, financial sales, or outbound calling experience is a plus, but not required
No MCA experience? No problem. We provide training and support to help motivated individuals learn the industry.
Compensation & Schedule
Commission: 40% of GFG Funding Group’s brokerage commission on funded deals and renewals.
This is a commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed base salary. Earnings depend on individual sales performance and funded production.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Location: 68-60 Austin Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375
Workplace: Full-time, in person
