What You Will Do
You will have ownership of the overall client experience in the BASK Workplace. You will be responsible for managing the BASK Workplace by working with the team to co-create engaging and relevant customer experiences inside and outside of the Workplace. This position will be highly influential in curating a positive experience for everyone in the Workplace and will help develop unique Workplace experiences alongside the greater BASK team.
You will support the brand’s voice and presence across all customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives by collaborating with the BASK team to create compelling, consistent, and on-brand content across digital and physical channels. This position will be highly influential in shaping how BASK is seen and experienced beyond the Workplace, ensuring that every interaction, from social media posts to event promotions, reflects the BASK ethos. You will help develop creative campaigns, manage content production schedules, and coordinate with vendors and partners to deliver impactful marketing materials that inspire, inform, and engage our audience.
This is not a remote role and will require you to be on-site daily.
Primary Focus Areas:
Studio Operations (50%)
· Serve as the welcoming point of contact for visitors and clients.
· Manage the cleanliness, organization and operation of the workplace.
· Manage service contracts and equipment leases.
· Support in daily activities such as answering phones and email inquiries.
· Establish goals, budget, timeline and set priorities to achieve desired objectives for internal and external experiences in the Studio.
Creative Marketing Coordination (50%)
· Manage and maintain the marketing calendar and deadlines.
· Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media channels.
· Assist with copywriting and layout for proposals, newsletters and case studies.
· Coordinate photography of completed projects and maintain an organized image library.
· Update website content, including project portfolio and news posts.
· Collaborate with leadership to plan marketing campaigns and partnerships.
· Support the coordination of experiences and exhibitions for guests and events.
· Identify, research and explore potential partnerships with local artists and artisans for joint collaborations.

In compliance with California’s Pay Transparency Act (SB 1162), the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. The salary information is a general guideline. BASK considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
