POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence. This individual will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals while overseeing the end-to-end creation of high-quality visual and written content. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller who can balance high-level campaign planning with technical execution in design, video, and digital marketing to drive engagement and conversions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with overall business goals; maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.
- Define, maintain, and evolve the company’s brand identity and storytelling to ensure resonance with target audiences.
- Manage online marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns; optimize website content and UX to improve engagement.
- Produce compelling content including blogs, infographics, videos, and social media posts (LinkedIn, etc.) from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop positioning and messaging; provide proofreading and guidance to the team, and plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Create professional marketing materials including product brochures, flyers, counter maps, and other promotional collateral.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the brand, act as event host, and facilitate on-site activities to engage directly with customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert to educate customers and internal teams on product features, benefits, and brand standards.
- Work across departments (Product, Sales, PM) to ensure marketing efforts support company-wide objectives. Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars simultaneously.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication in both written and verbal forms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign) for graphic design and video production.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and digital analytics to track campaign success.
- Proven ability to develop storytelling and brand positioning that drives customer conversion.
- Capable of meeting strict deadlines and working under daily time constraints.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently host events, lead live demonstrations, and engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as a leader while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Energetic and positive attitude with a high level of creative initiative.
- Must be comfortable being filmed in front of the camera or acting as a brand spokesperson when required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Willing and able to work additional hours during peak campaign launches or event seasons.
- Up to 20% travel may be required for seminars, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Ability to bend, lift, and move marketing materials and event equipment up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to commute onsite full-time.
EDUCATION
- 3–5+ years of experience of Professional Experience in Marketing
- 3+ years of search engine optimization experience (paid and non-paid), increasing revenue while sustaining or improving efficiency metrics
- 3+ years of project management experience with a creative /digital /content /production /background
- Experience in security system or technology industry is desired
- B2B marketing experience in managing different types of marketing campaign is preferred
- Team leadership and experience with developing a team
- Experience managing creative processes through external agencies, internal teams and freelancers. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is required.

Pay: $70,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
