POSITION SUMMARY
As a Creative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and executing daily tasks while contributing to creative campaigns from concept to execution. Working closely with our interim COO, you will ensure operations and events in Los Angeles run smoothly while also taking initiative and working independently when needed.
This role spans multiple creative areas, including social media management, performance analytics, campaign design, brand outreach, and event coordination for all Los Angeles-based activities.
HOURS & DAYS
This is a part-time role, requiring three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with some flexibility to adjust based on events or campaigns.
Core hours: 9 AM - 5 PM PT.
Daily check-ins: Start the day with a morning call/meeting and end with a daily wrap-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and help shape creative campaigns for NEER.
- Support the interim COO in crafting engaging digital content, event concepts, and PR strategies that align with our brand’s vision.
- Assist in curating and executing creative projects, from initial brainstorming to final execution.
- Social Media & Performance Analytics
- Oversee NEER’s social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create weekly performance reports to measure the impact of digital campaigns.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the point of contact when the interim COO is travelling or unavailable, ensuring smooth operations in their absence.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in outreach to brands and businesses, building partnerships and potential collaborations for NEER.
Event Planning & Brand Management
- Coordinate and orchestrate PR events in LA.
- Work closely with our brand partnerships team, maintaining regular contact both digitally and in person when necessary.
- Proactively identify new brands and businesses that align with NEER’s vision for potential partnerships.
Organization & Administrative Support
- Keep track of campaign schedules, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring all creative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide administrative support for LA-based operations.
- Manage event logistics, venue coordination, and on-the-ground support for NEER’s activations.

EXAMPLE OF WEEKLY/DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
9:00 AM – Morning briefing (in person or over Zoom)
Create a weekly content plan for NEER’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok)
Connect with new and existing US brand partnerships
Post daily social media content from the weekly plan
Come up with a creative strategy and assist with design work for campaigns
5:00 PM - End-of-day wrap-up (when remote, complete a daily review sheet, with all completed details. This needs to be reported back to the interim COO)
