The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for owning and executing social media, digital content, and marketing support for our business unit’s branch network. This role focuses heavily on Canva design and caption creation for social media platforms while also assisting the Senior Marketing Specialist with email campaigns, CRM management, and broader marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to balance day-to-day execution and strategic support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, design, and schedule engaging social media content (graphics + captions) for TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram.
- Manage and monitor shared social media and email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and lead capture.
- Download and organize leads from social media platforms; upload and maintain lead data in the CRM.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Specialist with campaign strategy, content development, and execution.
- Develop email campaigns using platforms such as Sense and Constant Contact.
- Create marketing collateral including flyers, sales sheets, recruitment posters, referral cards, and promotional materials using Canva.
- Provide tradeshow and event support as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication studies, public relations, or related field, with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong copywriting skills for social captions and email campaigns.
- Skilled in Canva.
- Familiarity and experience with CRMs (managing, updating, and uploading lead data).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, digital best practices, and social media platforms.
