Part-Time Creative Assistant (Remote + In-Person, Chandler AZ)

About the Role
Social by Sheba, a boutique social content agency based in Chandler, AZ, is looking for a part-time Creative Assistant to join our team locally. This is a contract role with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to help on-site at shoots and grow into a social media manager position.
What You’ll Do
Required:
- Assist at photo and video shoots (equipment, props, set support)
- Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content on your phone
- Photo-styling
- Step in as a model/hand talent on occasion
- Order/pick-up items for shoots
Optional:
- Live post reels and carousels on IG+Tiktok
- Write captions and help pull content for scheduling
- Support with light video editing (caput)
- Support with light design for social (canva)
- Community engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter who thrives on communication
- Must be local to the Phoenix metro area
- Available during the day/ on weekdays
- Has a portfolio of at least 2 creative work examples to show content they've created (include in application or message it to me)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment
- Comfortable and confident interacting on-site with clients
- Bonus points if you have editing or design skills, but not necessary
Compensation
- $20/hour
- Contract, part-time role (ongoing need)
