Responsibilities
Calex's entrepreneurial culture enables Associates the opportunity to play a critical role in the execution of our M&A transactions and in the overall success of the firm. Associates have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Manage and mentor Analysts
- Prepare, analyze, and articulate historical and projected financial information
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions
- Prepare confidential information presentations, management presentations, and marketing pitches
- Perform valuation and financial analyses
- Assist in the marketing and execution of existing engagements
- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of investment banking or transaction advisory services (QoE) experience with a proven ability to manage M&A transactions
- Advanced financial, valuation, and analytical skills coupled with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal / written communication and the ability to form effective working relationships
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner
- Strong work ethic and interest in healthcare services
