We are hiring a Junior Sales Associate to support outbound sales development and follow-up efforts in the U.S. market. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director and working closely with the Sales Director U.S., you will play a key role in building pipeline by executing outreach campaigns developed by our sales and marketing team.
Your Contribution to Our Team
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will focus on executing cold outreach and lead follow-up. You will follow campaign templates provided by marketing and operations leadership, using tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Outreach: Execute daily cold calls, LinkedIn touchpoints, and email outreach based on prebuilt sequences and targeting lists
- Inbound Lead Handling: Follow up quickly with inbound leads from our website, Gartner listings, LinkedIn campaigns, and content downloads
- Workflow Execution: Launch and manage outreach workflows based on templates provided by Marketing; no copywriting required
- CRM and Activity Logging: Keep lead records up-to-date in HubSpot and Apollo, including notes, statuses, and meeting scheduling
- Reporting: Share daily and weekly summaries of outreach activity, calls made, meetings booked, time spent in calls, and patterns in lead behavior
- Team Coordination: Work under direction from sales and marketing leadership; provide feedback on campaign performance
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring at least five of the following:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales is required (SaaS or construction tech experience preferred)
- Experience making cold calls and running first-touch outreach over LinkedIn and email
- Familiar with CRM platforms like HubSpot and sales prospecting tools like Apollo.io
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong notetaking and record-keeping habits
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Able to follow instructions precisely while working independently
- Familiar with performance goals and reporting expectations in a sales environment
- Fast learner, coachable, and receptive to structured feedback
- Able to work regular hours aligned with the U.S. East Coast
- Willing and able to work from a designated office part of the week, especially during onboarding and ramp-up
Salary and Benefits
