Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Engineer located in Chattanooga, TN. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment, overseeing production processes, and implementing improvements for operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, managing projects, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Plant Engineer will also collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and process engineering
- Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Project management and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is a plus
- Need good understanding in Maintenance (CM PM Predictive Maintenance)
