Brand Coordinator
The Brand Coordinator is the ultimate team support player for Bad Birdie’s Brand team. Your #1 focus is keeping the team organized and running smoothly, followed by supporting athletes, events, social media community management, and creative production.
You’ll balance admin and organization tasks (calendars, meeting notes, sample management) with hands-on, in-the-action responsibilities like helping at photoshoots, engaging with our social media community, and supporting athlete initiatives. No two days will be the same.
What You’ll Do (in Order Of Priority)
- Brand Team Support
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and capture meeting notes/action items.
- Manage the brand team’s inbox and review inbound requests as they come in.
- Seed product to pr outlets, celebrities and influencers.
- Keep the sample closet and brand storage areas organized and ready for use.
- Partnership & Event Support
- Place and track athlete and influencer seeding orders
- Assist with athlete needs, errands, and event prep
- Support the team during brand events and activations
- Social Media Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to keep our golf community engaged.
- Spot opportunities to jump into golf conversations, memes, and culture moments.
- Production Assistant Support
- Help prep product and samples for shoots.
- Assist on photo and video production days with setup, organization, and errands.
- Capture casual behind-the-scenes content when needed.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years in a marketing, social media, or team support role (internships count).
- Highly organized and proactive. You keep the trains running on time.
- A golf enthusiast who follows the sport, the culture, and golf meme accounts.
- Comfortable hopping between admin tasks and hands-on creative work.
- Energized by a fast-moving, all-hands-on-deck team environment.
