Your role: To support and manage the client team to deliver innovative, insightful, and value-added solutions in response to their brand challenges.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for multiple client accounts, handling requests promptly and proactively problem-solving as needed.
- Oversee internal and external project management, including timelines, status updates, meeting preparation, and supporting the client to lead on larger projects.
- Manage the client procurement process, including tracking hours, estimating costs, and ensuring budget adherence.
- Foster and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams such as Design, Strategy, New Business, and Finance.
- Gain a deep understanding of our core product and service offers in order to proactively identify new opportunities for growing existing accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in client services or account management within a creative, branding, advertising, or integrated marketing agency environment; proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale brand or campaign projects.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate client business objectives into strategic, insight-led creative briefs and deliverables that drive measurable impact.
- Project Leadership – Confident in leading cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring deliverables are on-brief, on-time, and on-budget.
- Communication – Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving – Proactive in anticipating challenges, resolving issues quickly, and guiding clients through decision-making with confidence.
- Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
- Commercial Acumen – Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and scoping; able to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
- Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with shifting priorities and diverse client needs.
