How You’ll Make an Impact

- Amplify our voice: Support digital campaigns, create engaging social media content, and manage updates to our website.
- Bring ideas to life: Help design and distribute flyers, newsletters, and videos that highlight our services and successes.
- Support community engagement: Assist with events, open houses, and job fairs to connect with families, caregivers, and potential team members.
- Learn and grow: Work closely with senior marketing staff to sharpen your skills in analytics, design, and campaign management.
What You’ll Own & Elevate
- Draft and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Support seamless website performance by managing updates, testing usability, and resolving issues.
- Assist in creating and editing content for blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and reach.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and HR teams to showcase success stories and support recruiting efforts.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent internship/entry-level experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Comfort with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and basic skills in updating, testing, and maintaining site functionality.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) are a plus.
- Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to grow your marketing toolkit.
