What You’ll Experience
- Rotations across core functions such as inventory/logistics, customer service, sales, accounts payable/receivable, technical sales, project management, purchasing, and account management
- Mentorship sessions with experienced leaders who will guide your growth
- Travel to training sessions across the country for broader exposure
- Structured coursework in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation
