We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Phone Interviewer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews over the phone, gathering valuable information, and providing excellent customer service. Duties
- Conduct outbound phone interviews with clients to gather information and insights.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for interviewees.
- Maintain accurate records of interviews and data entry in our systems.
- Provide exceptional customer support and client services throughout the interview process.
- Analyze responses and provide feedback to improve future interview strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and meet objectives.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. 1099

- Previous experience in sales or call center environments is preferred.
