Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our investment banking operations and client service team. This entry-level role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting banking professionals, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the processing, settlement, and reconciliation of trades, transactions, and other investment banking activities.
- Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, and exceptions in a timely manner.
- Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate information and escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, front office, technology) to resolve operational or client issues.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with firm standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
- Interest in financial markets and investment banking operations.
