We're looking for driven, high-energy phone setters to join our sales team. You'll be the bridge between inbound opt-in leads (from paid ads + CRM) and our closers.
Your mission:
Call and qualify warm leads already in our CRM (mix of new & old)
Book high-quality appointments for our closers
Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to nurture prospects until they're ready to show
Keep CRM (GoHighLevel) clean and organized
Hit weekly/monthly targets and directly fuel company revenue
We're not going to BS you:
We're revamping our appointment setting process right now
You'll work with a mixed bag of leads (new + old)
Most leads are warm opt-ins from paid advertising — but not all will be perfect
Close rate currently sits around 15% — part of why we want setters to nurture and improve show quality
We don't just dangle “six-figures” - here's the math:
Example Path to $10K/month:
~200 dials/day ~29 pick-ups/day ~7 good convos/day ~4 sets/day ~2.5 shows/day ~0.5 sales/day
= 9 sales/month = ~$8,500 commissions + $1,500 base = $10K
