The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Global Ecommerce business across direct website and marketplaces. The Ecommerce Coordinator will support the growth of the channel with a primary focus on improving customer user experience while optimizing workflows to ensure a scalable DTC infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Website User Experience:
- Utilize data analytics to support day-to-day decision-making
- Set up and maintain product catalog across Shopify and marketplace(s) such as Farfetch
- Support site UX optimizations
- Increase product discoverability across PS.com and FF.com by optimizing navigation, standardizing the tagging system, cleaning up the product catalog for improved visual merchandising, and streamlining catalog maintenance workflows in Shopify
- Manage copywriting process including coordination of product knowledge, writing copy and/or delegating to copywriters, uploading to site
- Assist with web merchandising
- Execute website content updates
- Ensure all products are live prior to launch day
- Manage publishing of product to marketplaces
- Assist with daily QA maintenance of PDPs, merchandising, inventory and overall site health
- Manage interns on website QA process, ecommerce photoshoot production and inventory tracking
Operations and Logistics:
- Support the automate and streamlining of Shopify workflows to enable a scalable Ecommerce infrastructure. This includes automating pre-order and order data processes, syncing stock points efficiently, and implementing AI-powered tools to improve product visibility and operational efficiency—reducing manual tasks and increasing conversions
- Increase international sales penetration through targeted improvements in regional performance
- Create, upload, manage and track purchase orders for Ecommerce
- Track orders to ensure proper and timely shipping of orders, and updating the website when inventory arrives
- Manage pre-order process
- Coordinate with warehouse partner to ensure seamless Ecommerce order fulfillment process
- Troubleshoot tech issues as they occur
Imagery Production:
- Coordinate samples and products for photoshoots for all Ecommerce and marketplace imagery
- Coordinate marketing programs in conjunction with marketplace partners to ensure ongoing growth in these channels
- Store Ecommerce imagery in company servers and share with internal/external departments
Customer Care:
- Work closely with customer care team, answering inquiries, act as liaison between customer care team and internal departments
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Excel with an inquisitive mind that explores not only the what but also the why in the data
- Proactively improves internal efficiencies by streamlining existing processes.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Data-driven approach to problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to problem solve and collaborate with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work effectively with and present to individuals at all levels
- A keen listener, capable of receiving feedback and pivoting strategy with agility and analytical aptitude

The targeted hourly range for this role is $19-$21. Actual rate offered may be outside of this range based on factors such as, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is hourly and eligible for overtime. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including participation in an annual performance-based incentive program, a seasonal clothing allowance, and a 401k match program.
