Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a M&A Analyst at Highpoint Healthcare Advisors in Carmel, IN. The M&A Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, data analysis, collecting diligence from clients, curating pitch books and investor decks, facilitating client relations, and more.
Qualifications·
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant full-time experience in finance or accounting
- Strong financial planning, analysis, and modeling skills
- Proficiency in financial statements, reporting, and related software (advanced in Excel)
- Experience in M&A or corporate development preferred; understanding of sell-side M&A processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; comfortable with client interaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional presence
