Financial Controller (Remote) – Marine Dealership
Yachting Solutions, a premier boat dealership and service center in Rockport, ME, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations. This is a remote position but will require strong collaboration with ownership, AP/payroll staff, TAG, billing, service writing manager, parts/accessories manager, and our dealership consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports and month-end close reports
- Manage cash flow and inventory projections as well as service efficiency reporting
- Oversee cash liabilities related to inventory
- Work directly with all lenders (long-term and floor plan), ensuring timely and relevant communication
- Provide ownership with essential information to support daily decision-making and long-term growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller (or similar senior financial role)
- Dealership experience required — marine, powersports, or auto preferred
- Expertise in Light Speed software
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
