What You’ll Do
- Enter SOAP notes from our transcription program into the EMR
- Fill out and submit superbills in our system
- Verify client insurance coverage (training provided)
- Make follow-up calls as needed
- Support families with communication and simple rescheduling
- Create branded materials in Canva (templates provided)
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed

What’s In It For You
- Steady schedule: 9am–2pm Eastern, Monday–Friday (25 hours/week)
