Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries, using a CRM system. Connecting with inbound client leads, hosting discovery calls to access the products best suited for the clients needs/goals.
- Access growing business demands, placing job ads for qualified candidates to fill additional marketing positions within the team.
- Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and audience needs
- Leverage tools like Canva, Google Suite, and ChatGPT to streamline campaigns
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or consulting
- Strong writing and digital marketing skills
- Comfortable with cloud-based tools that support remote working (Zoom, G-Suite, etc)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Passion for personal development, leadership training, or coaching

Pay: $21,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
